Sylvac收購TESA（?？怂箍担┊a品線

SYLVAC SA has just taken the important decision to expand its current product line by launching non-contact optical measuring solutions. This new strategy will be effective very quickly, since Sylvac SA acquired 2 divisions belonging to the TESA (HEXAGON) group: TESA-SCAN and TESA-VISIO. From mid-June, these products will be developed, manufactured and assembled in the SYLVAC Crissier (Lausanne) factory and sold under the SYLVAC brand from July.

SYLVAC公司剛剛作出了拓展產品線的重大決策：推出非接觸式光學測量解決方案。自從Sylvac公司從TESA（?？怂箍担┘瘓F收購2條產品線：TESA-SCAN 和TESA-VISIO，這個決策非常有效且快速的補充了Sylvac公司的產品系列。
